The firm does both debtor and creditor work in Chapter 7 and 11 cases.   Although the emphasis is on creditor work (75%) we do handle both creditor committee and debtor counsel work.

        Thomas Webb has served on the Trustee panel and continues to represent trustees in several areas of Mississippi.  Continued active interest and service on the committees of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference expands the firm's statewide coverage area and contacts with other professionals in the bankruptcy arena.
